How to Submit a claim

The victim/claimant needs to fill a Hit and Run claim form available online or at the IICF office with the following supporting documents:

National Identity card / Birth certificate of the victim

National Identity card / Birth certificate of the claimant (if not the victim).

Copy of witness details & statement if any

Copy of police report if available

Death certificate (if applicable)

Affidavit of filiation / deed of notoriety (if applicable).
